Welcome
to Our Farm

Due to recent health issues, we have made the difficult decision to close our farm and re-home our beloved Nigerian Dwarf Goats.  There may be a day when we resume our breeding program, but for now we are taking a pause.  If you are looking for babies, feel free to message us for referrals to good farms in our area that we are very familiar with.   You may use the "Contact Us" page of this website.

We will keep our webiste active to provide you with the general breed information found on the "Goat Info" page of this website.  We will continue to offer Alpaca Fleece, Light Tractor Services and Free Alpaca Manure found on the "Other Services" page.

Thanks to everyone who helped support us during the past years, Steve and Kathleen.

Visit the Farm

Redwood Grove Farm is located in the Briones / Alhambra Valley area of Martinez, California.  Visitors and field trips are a great way to help us socialize our goatlings and share the fun.  Redwood Grove Farm is also our home, so visiting the animals is by appointment only.  Use the form below to see if we have tours currently available or to inquire about goatling field trips.

Click                  to see our listing of kids available for adoption.

PLEASE NOTE:
Redwood Grove Farm will be closed for tours until Spring 2024 to begin scheduled repairs and improvements.

FIELD TRIPS

Our baby goats get accustomed to crate travel at an early age, making the trip home for your newly-adopted kid(s) less stressful.  They enjoy going to Harvest Festivals, Senior Living Centers, preschools and other venues.  Some of our older goats are leash-trained and enjoy making field trips to various local places throughout the Central Diablo Valley.  Use the form below to inquire our availability to bring our babies to your facility or event.

FARM VISITS

Children especially enjoy visiting the goats and their babies.  Morning and afternoon visits include helping with the feeding of the livestock.  They can also hand-feed alpacas, and visit the dogs, cats and chickens in our family of critters.  The best way to select available babies for adoption is to come see and play with them in person.

There's always something going on at the farm, so please use the form below to arrange a visit with the animals.
